Bluejay
Wireless
The mobile space is full of positive vibes, attentive service and engaging brand interactions – for those who can afford the big names. But for the underserved population, the options are few, the retail spaces dreary and the experience pretty dismal. These customers have access to highly subsidized phones and plans, making them affordable or even free – so a store visit should feel like a celebratory occasion. But the reality felt more like a trip to the DMV, with a generic counter and pages of intimidating paperwork.
Enter Blue Jay Wireless, who changed all that with vibrant stylized graphics, playful messaging and cheery employees, putting customers at ease and making store visits a bright spot in their day – maybe even the highlight of their week.
